➕ BACKGROUND :
Born in Chicago, Hara stayed there until she graduated from her elementary school. Her parents were often away for business so she was used to be alone. The house still had maids to take care of it though, so she wasn’t lonely. She was cheerful and smart at the beginning, smiling even to strangers and being kind to elders on the street. It was then because of she’s too kind that her schoolmates began to take advantages of her kindness and started the bullying. It was because of it then Hara began to close up.
One day, when walking home from school, she was kidnapped. During the time she was with her kidnappers, she was getting rough treatments. They even sent videos of her being tortured to her parents for money. A few days later, she was rescued by police and went home alive to her parents. Because of this accidents, she developed trust issues, paranoia, and panic attacks. Over years, the trust issues, paranoia, and panic attacks lessened with the help of her parents.
Around age 11, she moved to Daegu, South Korea, intending to start over. But the bullying there was even worse as she rose up in rank. She learned, in the hard way, that it is best to go with the flow. She build up a facade for world to see, and hide her inner self, convinced that it won’t be accepted by the world.

✖️ TRAUMATIC EVENTS :
While kidnapped, she was abused (slapped, branded with hot iron, strangled, and was injected with cocaine as one of the kidnappers tried to make her addicted to him). The police found her in a state when she was overdose, because she wanted the drugs and injected herself without knowing the basic knowledge of drugs.
The bullying was pretty harsh as well, in Korea. She almost got raped by her seniors because she refused to do their homework when she’s in Junior High School.

From what everyone see, Hara has this air of professionalism where she smiles, kind, and polite towards everybody, including her haters and strangers. When she saw someone she’s acquainted with in trouble, she helps them out, which is why she is favorited by the teachers, or so she thinks. Though, without them knowing, she likes to take note of people she helped, in case she needs help. She has this slogan “Never owe anyone a favor”.
	Around Cheer Up and Love interests though, she trusted them enough to show them her true self and habits. She likes to be taken care of sometimes, which Cheer Up thought as childish. She does aegyo a lot as well, not for asking for something, but to cause a reaction from Cheer Up and Love interests when they’re down. She’s also too curious for her own good, can’t even look at a plate without thinking why they use melanin instead ceramic for the dish. She’s also very stubborn on her opinion, if she thinks she’s right.

	He and Hara are friends since Hara was in Chicago. His father works in Alleon Restaurant but sometimes cook for Hara so the two kids met often. He knew about the kidnapping and he understands that Hara move to Korea to help her forget the incident. He stayed in USA for a few years before his father was transferred to Alleon Restaurant Korean Branch that Hara’s mom recently opens. He follows his father to move to Korea and unexpectedly goes to the same high school as Hara. They become best friends again since then.

➕ HOW YOU ACT AROUND HIM :
	Like a kid, because Hara always wanted a big brother. She pouts when her wish is not fulfilled, teasing him about his wrong answer on the last exam, took his french fries when he’s not looking, and pranks him. Hara changed from the goody-two-shoes to devil-incarnate when she’s around him. She also let her guards down the most when she’s around him, basically trusting him with her life.

	Like a personal babysitter? He wakes Hara up in the morning via call, or banging on her door then sometimes takes her to school with his motorcycle he bought with his saving and eats lunch with her and Cheer Up. He cooks when Hara asks him to and keeps her from tripping and hitting her head on something. They have a session once a week where they either go to wherever he wants or study together. He likes messing Hara’s hair though (Hara pretends to be annoyed at this but she actually likes it).

A few days later, bad rumor started to go around the school about Hara. Yuju (GFriend) informed her about the root of the rumor and Hara went to confront her. Hara told Love Rival to leave her alone but Love Rival and her friends shoved her to the ground and called her names like b*tch, w*nch or sl*t. They left after that. The only witness of the scene is Chani (SF9).

	Hara avoids her most of the time, not wanting to cause a scene. But when she can’t, she schooled her expression to indifference and just smile at everything she says.
