Arctic Expedition - Updates

v1.3 (it should be the last version for a moment)
- Adjusted the small tents in the camp.
- Adjusted several decos on the ship (broken pole, machinery decos, acqueduct boats, ...)
- Added an hideout soundtrack : Act1's Tidal Island music (didn't find any other fitting music with the theme).
- Added the Seed Stockpile chest.
- Adjusted a snow deco around the second bridge.
- Removed one snow drift near Niko because the seed stockpile counts as a deco :(

- Slightly shifted the map device and the snowy rocks around it at the center of the camp.
- Added an arctic ground decoration at the bottom of the fishing pond.
- Adjusted few rocks around the second bridge on the way to the fishing pond.
- Adjusted the two mining decorations at the bottom of the boat.
