  17. · What makes you a valuable asset to Farenway? I believe that I am a very mature, responsible, yet chill player on FarenWay. I have been able to get along real well with the community and even some of the Staff members there. If there ever comes the time, I know how to handle with certain players breaking the server rules. Whether or not it’s someone using too many caps, to someone using a racial slur. I will be able to punish them is a correct and mature war.

  19. · Do you have any experience with server moderation? (What role have you played and what skills have you picked up?) Yes, I have been a part of many servers when it comes to being a Staff member. The highest role I was promoted to was Moderator.

  22. ~ LuminaryMC was a small server that constantly reached 5 players at any given time. It was created by a group of friends and I, in which I learned about the difficulties of managing and hosting a server. It was later shut down due to lack of motivation.

  25. ~ This server had the highest player base I have ever moderated on before. In its prime, it had around 2-3k players a day (That was when Lachlan actually played MC). Once the server started to lose many valuable players/YouTubers, I decided to part ways with TreasureWars for the greater good for my future.

  28. ~ The second highest amount of players I have staffed on throughout my years. When I was a staff, Prime had a player base of 1000-1500 a day. Over the years, started to die off and lose its player base unfortunately. I was there for around 4 months in total, then decided to resign because of many IRL issues.

  31. ~ Used to be one of my favorite servers, had a player base of 200 a day. Then died down to 50 a day. When there were about 50 players online a day, I became a moderator for Gamma. Again, deciding to part ways to find a newer and brighter server than GammaMC.

  33. · How much time are you able to dedicate to the role each week?
  34. I see myself on the server around 2-4 hours a day during the week (because of school and work). On the weekends around 4-5 hours total. So weekly I would roughly say up to 15 hours a week.

  36. Without any doubt in my mind, I see myself as a 8.5. I know I have acted immature at times on the server but that is just to make friends. Some people find it funny when they act “dumb”. I act like this just to make small talk and make new friends. Obviously, if offered the position, I will stop acting like this to set a great example for new players to the server and for current players.
  37. · What makes you different from other applicants? What are your strengths and weaknesses?

  39. I am very nice, friendly, and chill. I get along great with all other players and it seems to me that they like having me on the server with them.
  40. I am mature, responsible, and trustworthy. In my days of being a Staff member, I have had a lot of responsibility on my shoulders. As a new coming helper on GammaMC, they asked for my opinion on whether or not to accept my friend as a new Helper as well. They appreciated my opinion and stuck with it. Also, I was given different commands other Helpers could not get until they were promoted. If I misused these commands, I would easily be kicked off the team and probably banned. Fortunately, they had enough trust and ended up resigning later on to focus on education.

  43. I don’t have the best temper but I have been working on it. On a scale from 1-10 (1 being the worst temper) I would say I am an 8.

  63. First of all, I would immediately send the Owner, Manager, and all other Admins a discord/skype/slack message and request help ASAP. During this time of grief, I would try to calm all the players down and let them know this will be taken care of correctly. Nothing back will happen and soon everything will be back to normal. If they continue to complain about losing things after the situation is over, I would talk to them and calm them down. I would tell them to calmly talk to an online Admin about the situation.

  68. Everyday: School - 6am - 2:30pm.
  69. Mondays: After school I am busy from 2:35pm to 4:30pm. Free after 4:30.
  70. Tuesdays: Free after school starting at 3:00pm.
  71. Wednesdays: Busy after school until 4:30pm.
  72. Thursdays: Most hectic school day. Not available until 6pm after school.
  73. Friday: Free for the day at 5pm.
