Stoic spirit of earth and rock, I call upon Gnome to ground my will and purpose, to stand solid in my protection.
Amorphous spirit of water and rain, I call upon Undine to keep my fluids cool, to temper the heat of the raging flame.

This I demand, familiars mine. Come as called or risk mine wrath.

Yes, I feel thee, my triad, loyal sprites all. By your strength and leave I add today another to our cause.

I light this candle in offering to the great fourth spirit. Great is the power of fervid flame, the all consuming hunger, the seed that sprouts and grows and consumes and withers only to seed again.
Let this flame call upon Salamnder, so that the fire hidden deep within this wick may incite itself to light.
