1. Do a test rsync (run /home/merlijn/rsync-www-forums.sh as root), and test the websites by altering your /etc/hosts.
2. When everything works, setup a .htaccess on both forums/www on the old machine and have it say: 'deny from all'. This will show people wanting to post on the forum that it is in maintenance right now and we won't lose any posts.
3. Run the rsync again.
4. Fix .htaccess files on the new machine so it allows connections.
5. Change the DNS to the .172 IP
