One of the most important factors not possible to be bought in business is time. Companies of every industry are trying to get the most out of it. In order to save the valuable time of company and to spend it on production, there were used quality management methods. This has been done with the help of such tools as SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die), which stands for fast reinforcement consisting of eliminations of internal factors to the absolute minimum and convert them to external factors which are shortening machine reinforcement time to the absolute minimum.
The first chapter focuses on introduction to quality management, it’s main, most commonly used definitions, initial part of implementation and the key aspects in this field.
The second chapter focuses on the companies from dairy industry and brief description of such company where the fast reinforcement deployment project has been deployed. Afterwards, the scale of production, history of the extension of the plants, basic informations regarding assortment, dates of establishment or significance in a market is described. The latter part of chapter two, consists of descriptions of  conduct of production processes and main processing raw material.
Next chapter consists of familiarization with quality tools used in thesis, describing their sense of usage, stages of deployment, typical problems encountered during deployment stage and presentation how to prevent them. This chapter is the most extensive due to explanation of the process and the system of these tools.
The most essential, fourth chapter, focuses on the project of deployment of the quality management tools to the process of reinforcement of the Ampack type machine used to pack flavored yogurt from format 400g to 150g which ultimately has to shorten the time of reinforcement to the minimum level.
