A serene calm fortified Gella as she stepped onto the railing of the barge and extended her hand to him. "Do you trust me?"
He said nothing, and she felt nothing break the shields around his heart and mind. Except he climbed up beside her, squeezed his fingers around hers. She drew strength from the Force, and together they jumped.
Gella steadied their landing as they managed to cover half the distance. They sprinted the rest of the way to the hangar bay.
