  1. Chi practices
  2.
These practices I’m going to give you is more for recognizing the chi flow/prana (whatever you like to call it) in your body then building it. At the same time bringing awareness to chi flow can build it if you remain aware of it over extended periods of time.

  3.
  4. Practice 1: This practice is for recognizing chi flow within one area.

  5. First you need to do a meditation on the breath because chi is the force within nature and within all of us, it is the air, ground, and plant life around us.

The meditation should last as long as you need, just make sure you are at a calm place mentally towards the end of the meditation.

  6. Now focus on a specific area(palms is a good beginner area) and imagine wind passing through your palms with your arms straight out in front of you and as you imagine this shortly after you should feel a coldness or heat coming out the palms of your hands.

Now that you can feel the chi, we have to make sure you keep feeling it because if you do it once it won’t stay open forever.
  7.
  8. Practice 2: This practice is more on maintaining that chi and moving it
  9.
Follow practice 1 before doing this.

  10. Within this practice we are going to attempt to move chi throughout your whole body.

you can do this standing or sitting either one is fine, just if your sitting sit in crossed leg position with your hands in your lap.

now I want you to close your eyes and focus on the breath making sure the air rises from your belly all the way to your nose(do this meditation for at least 10 minutes).
  11. Now open your eyes but keep on doing the breathing, as you breath I want you to recreate that air feeling passing though you like during the first practice coming throughout the pores of your body where ever that breath moves to.

now if you do this for a extended time you will start to notice you are under the control of your chi.
  12.
  13.

Practice 3: this practice is for when you master the two practices above

this is where you make chi flow throughout your whole body at once, every pore on your body will be feeling like its breathing.

stay in the crossed legged position or standing up after the first two practices.

  14. now start the chi at the feet and I want you to gradually move up but make sure as you move up the chi flow still remains in the area you already scanned.
  15.

once you go throughout your whole body all the way to the tip of your own head, your only job from now on is to maintain this state for as long as you can and practice daily.(edited)
  16.
  17. These are basic beginner practices but they will aid you when you get into things like charging items and other activities within the occult
  18. Tips to make this easier: more healthy diet, and exercise
