MOZUME: It ain't no dump, it's my village. Though, there's not much of a village left after all it's been through.

ZERO: Yeah, I know this used to be your village, but what are you doing here alone?

MOZUME: I'm lookin' for somethin'. When the Nosferatu came, I forgot something important here...

ZERO: Something important?

MOZUME: The treasure of the village. It's like, this nice, round jade. And it ain't no ordinary jade, 'cause the god of 'arvests lives inside o' it. It's all thanks to that god that we 'ad brilliant 'arvests each year.

ZERO: Really? Those must have been great times. But, in the end, everyone died.

MOZUME: ... Yeah.

ZERO: ...

MOZUME: That's enough for today. I'll go home now...

MOZUME: Yeah, I still can't find it... you 'ere to lend a 'and again?

ZERO: ... How about you give up?

MOZUME: Wot?

ZERO: This village is nothing more than a pile of rubble now. If there was anything worth money here in the first place, bandits woulda carried it off by now. If your jade fits that description, then it's definitely long gone.

MOZUME: Maybe... you're right... That's kinda sad. Why... Why is it just me who survived...?

ZERO: Is it that sad to know everyone in your village is dead?

MOZUME: O' course it is... They were my family....

ZERO: ...

MOZUME: 'Ave you never cried when someone passed away? Don't you know 'ow sad it is to lose someone...?

ZERO: No, I don't. All I wanted to do here was look at your face as you cried in grief.

MOZUME: Y-You what, mate!?

ZERO: I love the look of pain on others' faces. It makes me want to hurt them and make them cry even more. The reason I took interest in you was because I learned about your past.

MOZUME: You're bloody awful...

ZERO: But this is boring. You're crying enough even without me doing anything. I don't feel like doing anything to you anymore, so calm down.

ZERO: Still depressed, Mozume?

MOZUME: Zero...

ZERO: Is this the gemstone you were looking for?

MOZUME: That's the one! Where'd you find it!?

ZERO: A bandit had it. I pulled some strings to look for it, and as it turned out, the guy holding onto it owed me a few favors, so I got it back surprisingly easily.

MOZUME: Wow... Thanks a lot...

ZERO: Don't thank me, I was just getting sick of you. I didn't do it out of sympathy.

MOZUME: It doesn't matter what your reasons were... I'm really thankful! When I look at this jade, I start rememberin' the festivals again.

ZERO: The festivals?

MOZUME: Yep, we'd put up a fancy stage right in the middle of the village, and set this jade on top. Then, we'd all get in a circle and dance around the jade.

ZERO: ... That sounds like quite a festival.

MOZUME: Ahh... good times... back when the village was still fulla life... 'Ey, how about you try it out with me?

ZERO: Try what out?

MOZUME: 'Ow about you dance with me, to celebrate the jade's return?

ZERO: Nope, nope, nope, nope...

MOZUME: Aw, don't be like that! You're my dear friend! I'm sure our god will be 'appy too!

MOZUME: Oh and also, you were a pretty good dancer for your first time.

ZERO: Was I? You were pretty cute too.

MOZUME: ... The god of 'arvests is actually also the god of children. So, when a man and a woman of the proper age do that dance together...

ZERO: Then what happens?

MOZUME: I can't tell you. It ain't polite to say.

ZERO: They get children?

MOZUME: Oi, oi, oi! Don't just blurt it out like that! B-Besides, before you can 'ave kids, you gotta get married first...

ZERO: Yeah, you're right. I'll have to ask you to marry me

MOZUME: Huh!? W-what's this all o' a sudden?

ZERO: It wasn't so sudden to me. I was planning on doing that today in the first place.

MOZUME: Huh!? You... you fancy me?

ZERO: That's right. If I didn't, I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of getting your jade back.

MOZUME: I thought getting that jade back wouldn't be so easy... and you made it sound like no big deal... Zero...

ZERO: ...

MOZUME: Alright. I'll marry you, and do my best to be a good wife.

ZERO: You and I are family from now on. I don't really know what a family is... but I get the feeling we can figure that out together. When you're having a hard time, come find me instead of crying off by yourself.
