  1. Roran figured this would happen since they needed to limber themselves up. He took a breath as he carefully bent himself forward as he attempted to stretch his arms and back to try and touch his toes. He figured the exercise would help improve his hamstring, calf, and lower back flexibility as he felt the slight creek and stretch of those various muscles. The extra give in his muscles was probably going to help improve his muscles and posture before he slowly pulled himself up.
  2.
  3. He released a small breath after the fact soon placing himself back at the starting position after rolling himself back up. [1]
  4.
  5. Roran figured they meant the cross arm stretch, so he rolled his shoulders briefly as he started to preform it. He at first swung his left arm across his chest before bringing his right hand up to gently pull his left arm towards his body before holding it in place for about fifteen to about thirty or so seconds, before alternating to the next arm.
  6.
  7. During this simple stretch he felt the pull in his shoulder and upper back muscles meaning he was doing at least something right when it came down to it. Just to make sure he wanted to alternate again just so he could get a nice stretch in before finally lowering his arms to relax. [2]
  8.
  9. With a small scratch to his cheek as he nervously approached the dumbbells and kettle bells as he carefully shifted his attention down to them. He was obviously not trying to impress anyone other than himself during these various weight lifting exercises, just he was attempting to gauge his max lift currently. At first he studied the dumbbells and kettle bells respectively before ultimately moving his hand over to the 50 lb. He studied it for a moment until he removed his shirt and clutched at the two dumbbells.
  10.
  11. He released a small sigh before he slowly started his reps. At first he started doing the dead lifts, by holding each in hand while standing straight up, keeping his back straight in the process and lowering the dumbbells to the floor. After a quick pause, he raised back up. He had to at least be somewhat repetitious as he continued on the grind, stopping a few times before he alternated his workout into applying benches to his routine.
  12.
  13. He felt the strain continuing around before he slowly lowered it so he could at least give his body some rest. [3]
  14.
  15. Roran only gave himself a few moments to rest to himself before they had swapped and rotated over to the bench presses. The first thing he did was search around for a less 'cushiony bench' when he found one and thankfully attached the weights he could adjust to before he laid himself back and not hold his shoulders in an awkward position.
  16.
  17. He took a breath as he stretched his arms straight out on either side of himself, bending his elbows he reached up to carefully grip the bar firmly in his hands before he released a breath, carefully squeezing his hand around the bar before finally lifting it up and slowly lowering it to his chest. Beads of sweat slowly rolled down his face as he simply started with just he bar weight to warm himself up. With an inhale, he positioned the bar directly at the center of his chest before he carefully lifted the bar upward with an exhale as he pushed the bar away from his chest. [4]
  18.
  19. After completing this about eight or so times, he started to properly add the weights around the edge of the bar before going back on the grind again after successfully racking the bar. With a deep inhale he brought the now weighted bar down before he slowly picked it back up with an exhale. Given the more strenuous task and strain on his body he struggled a bit more, but that's what he wanted as his face and upper body was now caked in sweat before he slowly lifted the bar up, fully challenging himself through gritted teeth.
