- - pasta
- - 500g ground beef mince
- - 1 onion
- - 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (condensed is better but regular is fine)
- - 250g creme fraiche
- - some chestnut mushrooms
- 1) Chop up your onion and mushrooms
- 2) Fry them for a while until the mushrooms go more brown and the onions go transparent, be liberal with the oil because the mushrooms tend to absorb it
- 3) Add the ground beef to the pan and fry that as well until it's all brown
- 4) Drain off the fat from the pan
- 5) Add the can of soup and mix it in, wait a minute or two
- 6) Then dump in the creme fraiche and simmer for a few more minutes
- 7) oh yeah and cook the pasta at some point too
- 8) you're done
