beef and mushroom stroganoff

  1. - pasta
  2. - 500g ground beef mince
  3. - 1 onion
  4. - 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (condensed is better but regular is fine)
  5. - 250g creme fraiche
  6. - some chestnut mushrooms
  7.  
  8. 1) Chop up your onion and mushrooms
  9. 2) Fry them for a while until the mushrooms go more brown and the onions go transparent, be liberal with the oil because the mushrooms tend to absorb it
  10. 3) Add the ground beef to the pan and fry that as well until it's all brown
  11. 4) Drain off the fat from the pan
  12. 5) Add the can of soup and mix it in, wait a minute or two
  13. 6) Then dump in the creme fraiche and simmer for a few more minutes
  14. 7) oh yeah and cook the pasta at some point too
  15. 8) you're done
