o1. The admin's word is law. There is no exception. Should there be any confusion or critique, take it directly to the admin for a civil discussion.

o2. This is an RP room. There will be no smut in main. Kissing/hand-holding is fine, but if it gets more than heavy-petting, take it to PMs or fade-to-black.

o3. There will be no OOC hostility towards one another in the main room. If you and another individual have conflict, take it to PMs. If you feel it must be resolved for the sake of everyone, bring it to a moderator or admin. There is a no tolerance policy for bullying or harassment of any kind; not all characters have to be friendly IC, but when it becomes personal there WILL be an issue.
	a. I operate within a two-step system. The first time you are publicly hostile to another I give the aggressor a warning. The second instance I will give a permanent ban. I am NOT okay with others being made to feel shitty or uncomfortable in this room.
	b. If you feel this is unfair and wish to personally divulge the circumstances to me, I am willing to listen and revoke a decision to ban. But understand if there is any further trouble from a specific individual, they will be formally banned.

o4. This room is Fairy Tail based, but NOT canonical. No canons allowed.
	a. Each person may have up to 3 characters. You CANNOT have more than one character in the same guild.

o5. If you are interested in the room, alert me. I will ban ALL smut profiles on sight unless given affirmation they are making a formal, clean character for roleplay. Everyone else will be allowed to lurk for approximately an hour before they are kicked.

o6. An application template should be submitted before light roleplay begins. I should know the basics of your character before you initiate play in-room. Until you are approved, please refrain from the heavy use of magic.

o7. There will be no god-modding or meta-roleplaying in this room. I don't like it at all, and other players certainly don't appreciate it. This operates on the two-step system aforementioned.

o8. If you're interested in starting a new guild, you must have at least two other people aside from yourself AND provide the following information: name, type, and symbol.
	a. We WILL NOT be accepting any other dark guilds at this time. Legal and independent are permitted.

It's in the works so bear with me, please. All I'll say is that this takes place 32 years after the end of the series. We're no longer focusing on events that happened during the anime or manga series, but they are able to be referenced as history. In most cases, the existing characters will not have been alive during the events of the original series. What I am hoping for is to create a new threat that is viable to the current state of the world. For now, everyone is still in the midst of the halcyon era, with all countries currently on board with one another. Fiore and Alvarez have long since buried the hatchet.
Three days before the opening of the RP, a servant of the queen of Fiore was murdered inside the queen's bedchambers. Some believe it was an attempt on Hisui Fiore's life. The royal family has done their best to keep it from leaking to the civilian public, but the Magic Council has alerted all guildmasters across Fiore to remain on high alert and report and suspicious activity in their respective locations. The Golden Mane and Silver Owl Guilds have taken it upon themselves to search for any leads about the suspect and their motivations or connections.

> There are limited S-Rank positions available in each guild. They are rewarded on a first come, first serve basis. However, if you want to make an S-Rank character, please note that in your application at the top. Also, create a separate Pastebin for a sample post, the length of the said sample is up to you. These are solely for the moderators to see because we want to make sure you're not just making some Mary Sue. Understand that S-Rank mages are very powerful, they are just a step beneath guildmasters, if that. That is a lot of power to be dealing with, I want to know you're capable of using it and will not be godmodding your fights like crazy.

> There are a limited number of Slayer positions available in each guild. They are rewarded to players on a first come, first serve basis. If you want a Slayer position of any sort, make a note at the top of your application. I don't require a sample post for this unless you're also intending to occupy an S-Rank position. If I see any gross abuse of Slayer power, I operate on the two-step system. Godmodding is not tolerated. Some of the most powerful characters aren't Slayers of any sort, keep that in mind.

> As the admin of this RP, I have the right to turn down your sample post if I do not see you capable of wielding the power like a normal person. Of course, an S-Rank is stronger than other mages in the guild, but there is an appropriate way to portray this in a scene that doesn't make another individual feel as though their every action is countered or made obsolete.

> All magic will be reviewed, no matter the position you are putting in your application form. I want to make sure there is nothing fishy about the magic you have selected/created. Remember, ANCIENT SPELLS and LOST MAGICS are extremely rare! Not everyone will have access to these because that would make gameplay unnecessarily bogged down by OP pricks. I'm not tolerating that environment.

> Each character may know up to two forms of magic. Dragon Slayers will only be permitted Dragon Slayer magic to level the playing field. Note which magic is your primary and which is your secondary. Depending on age and experience, the secondary magic will typically be weaker than the primary magic. If you intend to play an S-Rank at the age of 40, I'd imagine your 'weaker' magic might still be more controlled than a novice's secondary magic (unless it was just picked up).

> Ties to canon characters are, in some way, permitted. I do not mean descendents. But it is possible to have met or seen the character before, given they are not likely to be dead in this universe. I am not accepting carbon copies of Natsu Dragneel and/or Lucy Heartfilia, or any of the cast for that matter. If you want some connection to a canon, state in what way and make it believable.
