  1.
  2. >In the beginning, there was nothing but the swirling void of Chaos, untamed and without shape.
  3. >The universe was imbalanced, and could not be held in this way for long
  4. >And so, from Chaos came Faust, The First Alicorn
  5. >She combated Chaos to the point where she had her own little pocket world for herself, and set out to create a planet of her own
  6. >Gathering up the bits of cosmic stardust and frozen comets, a planet was made
  7. >But it was great very much unfinished, and she could no do it alone
  8. >So she set to create The Pantheon, which would be her children
  9. >She would give a task to her children, which would be to shape the world to her desires, and to try to please her
  10. >She would love whatever they would contribute, and tolerate any extremes they might suggest
  11. >Soon, her children were created, five in number.
  12.
  13. >The first was Gaia, Goddess of the earth, the plants, the trees, and all things on land
  14. >She took the form of a green and brown Spleninir, and gave to the young planet form and shape, and created the Earth Ponies, giving them the shape Faust without wings and horn, and the tenacity to survive without them
  15. >Faust was pleased, and turn to the second
  16. >She was Tempesta, Goddess of the air, who took the form of a brilliant blue and white Pegasus with six wings, each a different color the rainbow
  17. >She breathed life into the world, inhabiting the land with minor creatures, and created the Pegasus race, who could tame and control weather, the last remnant of Chaos that tainted the world.
  18. >Faust was pleased, and turned to the third
  19. >She was Mana, Goddess of magic and all things mythical, taking the form of a blue unicorn, possessing many horns upon her forehead, and many more running down her neck and back, each bristling with arcane energy
  20. >She gave unto the world all things fantastic, from dragons to manticores to Diamond Dogs, and created Tartarus and Cerberus
  21. >She also gave unto the world the unicorns, which were the only race who could preform the feats of magic
  22. >Faust was please, and turned to the fourth
  23. >She was Aquamenta, Goddess of the sea, and took the form of a massive seahorse with many tails and fins, and had a prismatic color to her skin
  24. >She gave unto the world water, which would provide life to Gaias creations, and challenge Tempstas with the rain and snow that came with it
  25. >She created the oceans and put within them the Seaponies, which could no walk upon land, but could be either Earth Pony, Pegasus or Unicorn analogs
  26. >Faust was pleased, and amused, and then turned to the fifth
  27. >Anon, the God who was so easily forgotten.
  28.
  29.
  30. >Your form was no so easily decided, but it came in time
  31. >You were the sum of the others parts, and it showed, much to their disgust
  32. >Your body was made of a grey stone, your hair a deep crimson red like Fausts, your horns black and jutting forward from your temples, your back having two small back like wings
  33. >You did not take upon the form of an equine, but rather, you looked humanoid, which repulsed your sisters.
  34. >You looked upon the world, and Faust looked upon you expectantly
  35. >You gave unto the world precious things. You lined Gaia's earth with gems and rare minerals, changed Tempesta's rainbows into a rare occurrence, made the sunsets near Aquamenta's oceans the most beautiful, and made the ideals of friendship akin to Mana's magic
  36. >Faust was pleased, and declared the world complete
  37. >She created the Alicorns in her own image, and scattered them throughout the world as surrogate gods, to deal with the sun and moon, with time, and with other important domains
  38. >And for a while, all was well.
  39.
  40.
  41. >With your family, you watched over the world, seeing it be shaped by the many creatures within
  42. >In the early years, wars were fought in your sisters names, settlements were centered around them, and generally it was a mess
  43. >They tried to curry favor from Faust, all of them creating new life, such as zebras and griffions and sea serpents
  44. >Faust accepted them into the world, and each time a new creature was added, the sisters boasted to one another about how their contributions were the best
  45. >And yet you did not care for such thing, and instead looked upon the world with contentment
  46. >Your followers were few and far between, but when you heard them pray to you, thank you for the precious gifts you gave unto the world, you felt simply joyous.
  47. >You did not notice your sisters looking upon you with hate and spite, for they were jealous of you and your happiness, and despised your form
  48. >And so while they were concerned with the machinations of their creations, they also plotted your demise.
