Scarf n Sticks

Scarf and Sticks are an inseparable pair. Where one is, the other, this being more out of obligation than want as the both of them are tethered together by a mysterious force.
Scarf is a tall figure with a blank white helmet and speaks with a robotic voice that sounds ever so Slightly synthesised. They are quite tall at 6', their cloak barely scraping the floor and wrapping a hood over their head. They have a pulse rifle attached to their hip, a handgun in a holster within their hip and a sniper on their back. Knives are hidden within their wrist cuffs and another knife is on the back of their leg.
Sticks is more or less weaponised than Scarf. He's a floating orb of mechanised spirit, possibly around 5 inches high. They have an orbiting ring of debris around their circular centre and can shoot this debris out very fast when needing to defend themselves. They have a wifi signal and music can be connected to him through Bluetooth for him to play out of his speakers. He speaks in a worried, slightly higher pitched British accent.
