After finding out, via assistance from the informant, that there is a base on the other side of the Baikal where R-425F-9 is located, the team at Home Base has decided to sent Kit into the Beta compound to find out the base's exact location.

As such, she'll be provided an RWS uniform to infiltrate the Beta Compound and find out the base's exact location. The start of the mission wouldn't involve much action, as she enters the compound and heads to the command building. The compound is still recovering from Arty's infiltration, which involved blowing up the radio tower.

The command building itself is half-collapsed, but still has several rooms intact, one of them containing a map marking the location of the 'Omega Compound'. As she exits the building, an alarm sounds off, indicating an escaped anomaly.

Said anomaly, designated R-671F-6, is a creature somewhere between a gigantic dog and ice wolf. Completely white, red eyes.

The RFS/RWS troops fire upon the anomaly, and an officer gives Kit a command. Due to the fact she doesn't speak Russian, she is found out, and must escape amidst the havoc as another R-671F-6 escapes.
