  1. Heya. I have been having problems with admin abuse (and other kinds) on the RUGC mumble.
  2. Full disclosure: I am 17 but have a really high pitched voice. Also I am hyperactive and sometimes annoying. I do however shut up when told to (aside from the "shut up you 12 year old fucker" type statements)
  3.
  4. Anyway. On the bc2/bf3 channel, some of the folks hate me, and some stick up for me. However, there are also those that hate me with a firey passion. They either go full on internet rage, or just mute me. However, for some reason, their local mutes go away.

  6. This makes them mad, because they dont like me and have to mute me again. None of us have any idea why it happens, but they say "I am constantly changing my name" This isnt true. I dont. Sometimes I might accidentally launch mumbs with a different profile, but I stick with that for a day so I dont annoy people with 2 names.
  7.
  8. This causes much abuse. If I join mumbs while they are in game, they dont want to alt tab and mute me (lazy) so they instead insult me and get the person in the channel with mute powers (willxcor) to mute me.
  9.
  10. IMO this isnt acceptable to me, but hey, stuff happens.
  11. Anyway, yesterday I was muted for the same old reason. Willcore said "Im muting him, if anybody wants him unmuted just tell me". I was kind of pissed that I was muted just because Im not particulary popular, but again, life isnt fair.
  12.
  13. I was getting tired of this so I went through mumble's settings looking for something that could help me. I saw that I hadnt turned positional audio on for this computer, so I did that and restarted mumble.
  14. I forgot about the unmuting. I then got kicked for mute evading, because that is what they probably thought I was doing. I figured, well, its just a kick, whatever, so I rejoined. And got kicked again. I was confused as to why, So I joined again. This time I tried to ask what was going on as I got back in, but this time instead of getting kicked I got banned.
  15.
  16. I do not see what I did in there that was banworthy, And I would really like to be unbanned. I also would like to know what are the actual rules of the mumble, so I can try to follow them to a T to prevent disagreements, as well as inform the admins of them to hopefully cut down on undue abuse on me.
  17. Thank you for your time.
