  4. - 60g starter, 60g flour (AP + Wheat), 60g filtered water

  9. - First - to revive it - add 50g flour (wheat) and 50 g water for TWO days (once a day) with no discard
  10. - Discard down to 20g starter, 100g flour and 100g water
  11.  
  12. OR stick with 1:1:1 after the revival
  13. - Discard down to 20g starter, 20g flour and 20g water (but it may need to be fed more often, 2x a day maybe?)
