  1. After discovering the summoning circle in the abandoned back room, I cautiously approached it. I was concerned at the scent of copper in the air and the torn clothing that littered the room, taking a step into the circle's bounds. Suddenly, the circle slowly started to light itself up, the scratched-in carvings on the tile slowly coming to life. A bright flash of light enveloped the room, a large feminine figure standing int the center of the new circle. The being appeared and tilted her head at me, confused at their new surroundings. She pointed towards the book in the corner, a small grimoire that was related to their rituals.

  3. Her eyes lit up as I started to read it, browsing through the spells and rituals that the previous occupants of this shine had abandoned. The creature slowly started to walk around the room, examining the room and the remnants of the failed demon summoners, looking almost disapointed. I found one of the final spells, detailing this complex and ultimatly failed ritual, supposedly to summon one of Hell's greatest demons to the world. Utterly transfixed by the book, I started to dig through to find out what happened to cause such a disaster. In my haste, I failed to see the creature come closer to me. It caused me to jump back, a bit afraid after reading of the dangerous power that this demon may have had.

  5. She slowly put out her hand towards me, lowering it in a peaceful gesture. I was still unconvinced, stepping back as she slowly put her hand to her chest, holding her hand out to me in a very regal manner, the strange appendage smoking and flickering in front of me, looking nearly translucent. I looked at her face, the large ivory antlers held upon on her head. She bowed her head politely, rolling her hand in front of her in a “now you” gesture. I very hesitantly held my hand out and, as she took it, I was overwhelmed by a sense of relief, and freedom, my eyes seemed to catch a glimpse of colors my brain could barely process, and then flickering out, the creature I now knew as a planar standing before me. A warmth and joy to her empty grey eyes,

  7. “you... you're something special..” I mumbled out, in awe of what was in front of me. “I've heard of some loser on the internet summoning succubi and tulpa, but this is something truly beyond that.

  9. She sheepishly nodded, seemingly embarassed at the idea that she was something powerful. As I looked over at her, I stepped close, biting my lip as I held my hand out in an open palm towards her “i-i bind you to me, planar!” I tried to shout in a commanding tone, the words trembling out of me like a newborn deer's first shaking steps. She stepped forward, peeking at me from behind my hand, a look of confusion on her face before she pressed her face against my hand, like a cat. In the back of my head, I wondered if this would be for the same reasons, laughing a little at the gesture. The flames on her shoulders flared up a bit, as I laughed, the planar reaching over to wher I dropped the book before, holding out to me. She shook the book a little, seeming impatient until I took it. She didn't let go of the book, instead using it as a barrier to press herself closer to me.

  11. I smiled at her, stroking over her arm reassuringly as I nodded, sealing the partnership with one final thought. “c'mon, if I want to learn anything about this, and about you, I need to read up.”
