[LEFT]Today, I, 40455 along with help from 51397, 34208 and 61352 have captured a anti-citizen named 'Mar Nightwit', to understand how this situation came to be, lemme explain something first :[/LEFT]
[LEFT]In sector twelve when I and few units stationed there have been alerted to possible armed malignants coming from the city, have left the outpost and started going to a spot to ambush them at, on the way we stumbled upon two citizens, the other one I do not know and he was amputated, one of them was Mar Nightwit, we proceeded to search them and found a radio on frequency 100, a crowbar and what appear to have been combine technology(combine tech item), he tried alerting his friends, but that ended up being pointless. We had no time to take him back to the nexus, but instead of just amputating him, I proceeded to knock him out and have a 02 bring a tracking device to me, which I buried in his backpack. As of now, he still is not aware of this device.[/LEFT]

[LEFT]Now, back to the present, I was looking at the tracker and noticed he was in the city, inside the CCH. I gathered the units whose digits I have stated earlier, and we went after him. By the time we left, he was heading to district two, and he was alerted by his friends that he was being chased(we did not know about that at the moment, one was a norwegian new to the 'scheme of things', the other was his apprentice, Iris Teller), he started running but since we were able to track him, in the end it became quite easy to capture him. We cornered him at the trainstation when he left the subway tunnel, tied him up and searched him. He had a non-scoped crossbow, exogen guard pheropod(!) and a radio, the radio this time was on frequency 513, he also has a lot of exogen meat. We escorted him to the nexus without any problems, where I proceeded to interrogate him, the other three units went to continue their duties meanwhile.[/LEFT]

[LEFT]Now, what we found out was a intelligence goldmine, he proceeded to tell us more than any other anti-citizens I have captured during my time when serving in C17.[/LEFT]
[LEFT]Here is the gist of it : In the anti-citizen community, at the mines, he is what he told us a head engineer, taking care of barricades, construction, maintenance, etcetera. He also told us he knows how to fix and reprogram turrets for malignant purposes, as of right now, they have one working turret, while three others are in what apparently is a caved in steelyard(exogens breach). He told us the names of three other engineers, his apprentice Iris Teller, someone named Wolf, and a woman named Twitch. The womans name is Lindsey, we don't know more other than that.[/LEFT]

[LEFT]They have a new base of operations, called New Haven, in the mines(previous one, the steelyard, collapsed due to a exogen breach), it appears to be on the 'middle' level, to which you can get only by using a elevator, or climbing down the supports. The elevator in the mines itself supports only four people maximum, and from what he told me, its a big safety hazard, if there are any operations conducted in the mines, that elevator might be a problem. It appears to have fortifications against exogens, which might end up being a problem in any operations. He told us that the outpost has twenty five residents, apparently all of them are armed(this could be a lie), mostly with crossbows.[/LEFT]

[LEFT]Now, onto the armaments of the malignant community, they appear to be heavily armed with pistols and MP7s, some of them apparently also having long rifles, which might be worrying. The source of the crossbows was not known to him either, but he told us they are, his words, 'everywhere'. Due to the constant use of them by the malignants, that might be true. They also have a single working union turret repurposed to their needs, with three broken ones in the as of currently inaccessible steelyard.[/LEFT]

[LEFT]When I asked him about the vested malignants, he responded to me that they are quite popular, and it is obvious to assume they are the ones most heavily armed. Here are the names I was given : Syun Ji Ford, armed with M16, confirmed to be a rogue civil protection unit. Uri Makarov. Jonathan Crenshaw, a 'scout', Boswick Bozwaldis, Jack Jails known as Driver, a man called Rome, a woman called Hemostat, Dougal and a unknown vested person, description included below. They are the current leaders of the malignant community, with Rome being one of the leaders of New Haven. Some of these identities are worrying, as they were known to be in the city eight 'lambda movement', when asked about it, he told us some of them are from there, but it appears to be 'dead', which is good for us. He told me he is close to Bozwaldis and Crenshaw.[/LEFT]

[LEFT]There is also a gang of black people armed with crossbows(no, not Johnsons) that appear hostile to the malignant community in the caves, Mar helped kill one of his friends, so they are hostile to him. They are led by a smuggler, that has been described like this : '5'3 or 5'4 black dude in a trench coat, Jamacian accent'. The smuggler is named Darion. We don't know more than that, other than the fact they are armed with crossbows, and smuggle + sell equipment to malignants they are not hostile to. In the end, this is good news to us, knowing there is some infighting.[/LEFT]

[CENTER]As of now, he is a intelligence goldmine, and I still think some more information can be gathered from him. He obviously has connections to the people in there, and has been useful thus far. He thinks of me as his friend, since I was acting friendly to him in the interrogation(instead of beating him mercilessly and getting nothing out of him). He might be used as a double agent, or possibly using one of the intel equipment to subvert him to our will, he also thinks he is surely going to die. Still, he is quite useful, a amputation would be useless compared to suberting him.[/CENTER]
