A Jedi is a member of the mystical and ancient Jedi Order, a sect of warrior monks who study the mysterious ways of the Force, and have done so for thousands of years. Jedi strive to inspire peace and justice in the galaxy, and must be prepared to fight to do so.

Only several years have passed since the great Jedi Purge and the few survivors now muster together to rebuild the Order. Much knowledge and tradition was lost, but what was not endures, and what is missing will be rediscovered with the aid of a new generation of Jedi.

A Jedi initiate in the New Jedi Order can expect to receive demanding training in discipline, martial arts, in using the Force, and an developing into a character that is both humble and strong.

When this application has been sent, the applicant can expect a reply within several days (or much sooner). If the application didn't meet the requirements, the reasons for that can be discussed and the application can be re-submitted. If the applicant passed, they will receive an invitation into the New Jedi Order group in the role of a Jedi Initiate.

I have an imperial stormtrooper character and a normal criminal character. Neither of which are my main character. I intend for this Jedi to become my main character.

Character Name: Ciro Ardellian

Character Age: 22

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Family (Siblings, parents, guardians, etc.): None living.

Homeworld: Atzerri

Physical Appearance: Pretty plain. Brown hair, green eyes. Freckles.

Personality:
Brash and confident, impatient at times, but his head and heart are in the right place. Very much the type to value actions over words.

Short background:
He grew up on Atzerri until he was found by a former Jedi Knight who took him under his wing and began training him. Unfortunately his mentor passed away, but before he did, he implored Ciro to seek out the New Jedi Order to complete his training.

Strengths: Athleticism, ability with a lightsaber, charismatic.

Significant Weaknesses (Please have at least one of these, they're good for character development!  And things like "Too handsome for his own good" don't count!):

Hubris. He believes in himself to the point that it borders on arrogance at times.

What type of role would you like to play in the New Jedi Order?  Feel free to be creative:  I'd like to become a Jedi Knight but don't see my character going any further than that.

Is your character Force Sensitive:  If so, what sort of training / experience have they had: Yes he is force sensitive and received several years of training from a former Jedi Knight. His training is very much incomplete, though he has a good understanding of the basics. His ability with a lightsaber is above average and he spends most of his free time practicing.
