We have no means with which to guarantee the confidentiality of your information, nor any means with which to protect YOU. We need legal standing with which to push your issue so cannot hack to "uncover" evidence on your behalf as this means it's inadmissible in court. We can help you investigate once you have completed preliminary documentation.

Your first step should always be DOCUMENTATION. Document any attempts to inform local law enforcement about the issue - keep copies of everything. Keep notes that record who/what/when/where/how/outcome of every call you make. If you cannot seek help locally due to corruption, document any attempt to do so at the state and federal level. File FOIA requests for information. Know that you need EVIDENCE of a crime, legally admissible evidence, in order for them to investigate. Relating stories you've heard passed among your friends, or on a chat board, is not legal evidence.

If a community of witnesses to the abuse CAN come forward, and is willing to, and nobody in law enforcement can or will listen, then find someone willing to record testimony from these people and send it to media outlets. Be aware that masking your identity will help you feel safe, but it will also generate doubt, and offer those who oppose you the ability to discredit your testimony. Your witnesses must be willing to speak with the press unmasked when it's time to do so, though they can request to be "off the record".

The more background you have on the community support for this abuse - statistics showing the lack of arrests, court cases showing judges and/or prosecutors are letting those arrested off, police willing to stand with you and talk about cover-ups, documentation of people attempting to get help - the better. Whistleblower evidence must be submitted to a news media outlet or advocacy agency and released before we can use it to gain an inquiry for you. Your documentation, in whatever form that takes, is vital. Be empowered, but smart and safe, please. Many have been "disappeared" for attempting to expose corruption.

Our operational goal is to advance your legal Inquiry and, if necessary, Tribunal, in order to rid ourselves of the main predators standing in the way of our ability to protect our kids, and create communities we want to live in. The first step you should take is to collect whatever legally admissible facts you can find about child predator rings, organ harvesting, or torture operating with impunity in your area. Our focus is the "top", as that is where those with the greatest means to procure, influence investigations/law/culture, and avoid legal consequences, reside. By the "top", we mean those in positions of power within our current structures. Locally, the top could be your:

banking/financial providers
charities representing children's interests
child advocate agencies
churches
clubs and associations
foster care systems
government child welfare agencies
law enforcement agencies
media/film outlets
medical clinics or hospitals
military contractors
military community members
politicians
schools
wealthy individuals residing in/investing in your community

Institutions known to have been involved in covering up or trafficking kids, or trafficking organs, are varied. We have seen massage parlors, homeless shelters, boys clubs, churches, medical clinics involved in these practices. We have seen DoJ prosecutors, DEA/FBI/etc agents, Homeland Security agents, forensics specialists, soldiers involved. Medical doctors, judges, lawyers, politicians have all been involved at one point or another. There may be other industries that predators are either hiding in or using to mask their movements and money. You all know your communities best, so don't be limited by the above list.

If we cannot gain adequate legal evidence about those involved in these activities, then we CAN get legal evidence about their involvement in other corrupt acts. Money is both a by-product and a motivator for some of these psychopaths. If we have brought all the witness testimony we can, and still have no evidence to use in court, we start digging for evidence of other corruption. They must be brought down!
