Awesome. I will give you a series of scenarios, answer them to the best of your ability. Some will be simple, some will be complex. If you have any questions at all during the interview, please feel free to ask them. I will do my best to answer them sufficiently. After the scenarios, I will ask you a series of personal/in-depth questions regarding your personality and why you (re)-applied for Moderator. You will have the opportunity to keep these questions off of the forums, or refuse to answer them. Understood?
If at any point you wish to pause the interview, simply say so, and I'll happily pause it.

While playing a round, you notice a bunch of logs of someone stabbing themself in the eye with a kitchen knife. You're the only non-afk staff on at the time, what would you do?

okay so, first of all we gotta take a look at the circumstances - is it acceptable for suicide to happen in these circumstances, and is that the best way to do it at the moment (e.g locked in a room with xenomorphs on the other side)? if so, that's acceptable, they don't have to ahelp for suicide if it gotta happen now

however this is most likely a shitter, ergo we wind them and ask what they're doing. from there we see what their attitude is -  do they understand the rules, how's their attitude in PMs, do they log off while being PM'd? lots of factors here and depending on them we go from a note + rejuv to a permaban until appeal if they can't be redeemed

The round is crossfire, the raiders and mercs are assaulting the station, firing on crew openly, and taking hostages. The Head of Security and their department are armed,as is the Captain. One of the officers board the mercs ship, while being gunned down, seemingly ignoring pain rp/fear rp, they grab TTV (The merc bombs) and runs at the hostages/mercs, before setting it off. Killing themselves, mercs and several hostages. The officer in question is a Secondary Administrator, ontop of it all. What do you do?

a classic - their position shouldn't prevent me from actually intervening in the situation. if i witness this, i should act regardless and present the evidence of it happening to a primary or headmin so they can review it.

the scenario itself is pretty much textbook powergaming/ignoring pain or fear or self preservation and is blatantly just shitter-tier play that shouldn't be allowed

this man's just a textbook shitter, so just wind him, mute his OOC permissions and get it over with - knowing how these go, he's just gonna tell me to fuck myself and log off, in which case that's a permaban until appeal

if he somehow redeems himself, that's gonna be a note or warning or tempban depending on how he acted in PMs, if they logged off, etc - if they get a note or warning, they'll need to cryo and rejoin as a decent character, in which case if they keep fucking around that's a perma until appeal

well then that's not ok my man, it ain't good play to go around shooting people when nobody even knows of your intentions or that you're there - generally, you should at the very minimum give enough escalation for everyone to know you're there and dangerous before actually being able to kill random bystanders

essentially he broke escalation rules. i'll have a talk with them and base my decisions off of prior notes and how they act in tickets just like in any other case - if they have a tendency to do this shit, antag jobban 'em - I don't think it's worth sending to the command whitelist team since they're not strictly abusing the RD position to do this stuff unless there's a history of it

Last major scenario.
Vampire round, the vamps have been rather active, and extremely antagonistic. A scientist claims they work for Hepaeteus industries (excuse my murderous spelling.), and that their company came across vampires in a outer rim. They get a chem sprayer and fill it with holy water, and begin to hunt the vampires. What do you do?

you know The Procedures™. ping 'em, tell them not to do it, see prior notes, go from note to warning to ban depending on current severity and previous notes (are they a repeat offender, is it recent, etc)
