Caster is capable of crafting more refined Mystic Codes that have either a wide variety of applications or that can be used repeatedly, through the usage of his Territory Creation.

Territory Creation (Duel Field) - A
A unique form of Territory Creation that turns the area in which Caster set's up into a place where the creatures he summons can roam freely away from him, yet still act of his accord they are also powered up in this Territory, inside his territory he can equip these Monsters with 'Mystic Codes' and 'Conceptual Weapons' as well as use certain Spells on them, while also being able to set up traps around the Territory.

Divinity - C++
Caster has a streak of divinity, either through ancestors or being favored by a god. At this level Caster costs slightly less to maintain, and alterations to the world have a slightly reduced cost. Caster is the reincarnation of The Gentle Darkness a 'being' that existed before the universe and gave it life.

Instinct - B
Caster possesses a distinct sixth sense ensuring they are aware of the flow of battle, allowing them to react to a change in the flow before it is too late, granting bonuses to attack and defense. Caster is very rarely caught off guard in battle and even when the situation seems hopeless he always manages to pull off a victory at the last second.

Nature of a Rebellious Spirit - B
The temperament to never remain at one location and never embrace a lord. A wandering star that does not have the capacity to be king nor is capable of finding his own king. Negates the effects of Charisma with the same rank. Caster was a wanderer never staying in one place for too long and never had any set destination in sight and while can have taken orders from higher-ups (Principal Samejima and Daitokuji-sensei), however he can and has disobeyed orders from them multiple times.

Summoning - A++
Judai can summon various different Monsters of varying strength some even on the Level of Servants, he can also strengthen their existence and power through the usage of his 'Gentle Darkness' and existence as the 'Supreme King's Reincarnation', in his territory these monsters are at their peak power and strength and have absolute authority in said Territory, he can only summon up to five of these creatures outside of his Territory and it costs more mana to maintain them outside of it.

The Gentle Darkness "Darkness of Justice" - A (EX)
Caster has an ability called the 'The Gentle Darkness' inside his soul, which gives him the power to see and hear Duel Monster spirits and control them. When the universe was created, it was divided into darkness and light. As the light vanished soon, the darkness filled the universe and created much life. However, the Light of Destruction appeared once again and threatened to invade the Gentle Darkness and destroy life. The one who had power strong enough to defeat the Light and protect the Darkness was the Supreme King. Caster can use it to materialize Duel Monsters and their powers. Kagemaru claimed that it was "the mightiest power to control the spirits". That is the reason why he chose Judai to be his opponent. During his rampage in Venice, Paradox mentioned this power by referring to Jaden as a "Duelist with the ability to control the spirits". This allows him to summon up to five monsters outside of his Territory and stregthen them with this exactly Noble Phantasm without it his Summoning is restricted to his Territory, however within his Territory he may summon up to as many Monster's as he so pleases.

Yubel "The Ultimate Nightmare" - B+
A maleficent Duel Monster whose card was in Caster's possession when he was a child, Yubel was deranged and manipulative, exploiting various individuals to accomplish her machinations. She is later redeemed after Caster fuses with Yubel, reuniting them forever. From within her card, Yubel can cause harm to others in a manner similar to the card's effect. After the events in the Dimension World arc, Caster now has the power of Yubel inside him. When he materializes his Duel Monsters, he can make them even stronger. Yubel's power allows him to sense people's thoughts and emotions, see visions of the future, and protects him from other supernatural powers, like hypnosis. Yubel is inherently always with Caster.
