These Meta-Powered thugs are the first actual challenge Andy has had in ages and he almost underestimates them until Matt shows up to have his brother's back. Together, the brothers run the Raiders off and find a worrying development in their wake; One of the Raiders had a black patch attached to his neck that fell off in the scuffle. Matt picks it up and sees that the backside is stamped with the Shocker insignia.}
