- Passive:
- Echo returns 5/20/35% of all magic damage she recieves to her attacker.
- Q Skill: SKILL (20 second cool-down.)
- Echo places an effigy of herself at a location. Echo can place a maximum of 1/1/2/2/3. They have life, but no duration, and they dissappear if effigy is further than 2500 units away. Whenever Echo deals damage, Effigy's deal 10/15/20/25/30% of that damage in an area around them.
- Each rank of this skill grants a further enhancement:
- Rank 2: The effigy's maximum health is doubled.
- Rank 3: The effigies gain magic immunity.
- Rank 4: SKILL's cool-down is reduced by 10 seconds.
- Rank 5: The effigy's gain stealth.
- W Skill: SKILL (Passive with a 9/8/7/6/5 second cool-down)
- Echo's attacks are modified based on her stats. If her attack damage is higher, her attacks strike twice, dealing 30/40/50/60/70% of her base damage each time and applying on hit effects. If her ability power is higher, she gains the ability to throw her voice to a location, dealing 140/180/220/260/300(+.6) damage in a line and stunning enemies near the impact for 2 seconds.
- E Skill: Charm (21/18/15/12/9 second cool-down)
- Echo forces an enemy champion to become enthralled with her, or the effigy nearest them. The affected champion will follow their target for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 seconds.
- R Skill: SKILL
- Echo empowers her effigies for 5/10/15 seconds. During this time the effigies deal 100/150/200% of the damage they normally deal, but lose their stealth. Echo also gains the ability to switch places with any effigy she chooses, with a 3 second cool-down.
