  8. You hold out a hand and unleash a bright arc of Lightning that hits a target for 3d6 lightning Damage or half that if it succeeds a Dexterity save. The Lightning then jumps to the next target within 10 feet and does 2d6 damage to it. The second target can also make a Dexterity save to half. The Lightning continues as long as targets are within 10 feet and it has more than 0d6.

  17. As a full-round action, Kat may call down a comet from the heavens, targeted at a single square. On impact, the comet explodes, sending out a crack of thunder that deals (Class Levels D6 sonic) damage in a 20ft radius, with a Constitution save to half. If a target occupies the square, it may make an Dex Save or get (Class Levels/2 D6) bludgeoning damage from the comet’s impact.

  28. Your Study of the Stars has allowed you to travel them as you would the land or the sea. Draw the constellation within a circle as seen from the place you wish to go upon the ground and cast the spell. A shimmering portal opens within the circle you drew and remains open until the end of your next turn. Any creature that enters the portal instantly appears within 5 feet of the destination circle or in the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied.

  30. To reach a place, you need to have a clear, strong knowledge of how the stars look from the place you wish to go and the stars of the place you start off, as a way to chart a route among them. This does not need to account for Season and Time, but it requires you to spend a Night of mapping the (visible) stars at the location to go there.
  31. To cast this spell, it needs to be night time and the stars needs to be visible.

Some places of Import to the Celestial College have specific Planetarium Rooms which have enchanted and inscribed constellations which are available to the study of members of the College, allowing to reach those places without studying the night sky in these places and to cast this spell at any time of day and any weather outside.
