It's neccessary to implement some kind of review process that ensures that information that is leaked is

- worth to get leaked (e.g. you don't want to get flooded with stupid porn)
- clean of all evidence from people that are not directly involved in the case

At least 3 independent trusted persons (preferred: experienced trusted editors) must review each document and categorise it into

- trash
- needs editing
- ok to publish

SCORING

if at least 80% provide the same scoring, this decision can be treated as accepted.
until it gets to this equal scoring, more and more reviewers (editors) get involved into reviewing.


EDITING (anonymising)

if editing is required, one of the reviewers is asked to edit the document and let it get reviewed from the previous reviewers.
