I had a dream
in imagined time
some missing link
‘tween real and rhyme
some marvelous dream
where you told me
to wrap my arms
round your body
to turn around,
draw from my mouth
some holy hallelujah
oh how I miss
that intimate kiss
compressed into
such hidden bliss
folded between
that which is
and which isn’t
beyond the imagined
and the reals
oh how I miss
those forks in time
