- S.H.I.E.L.D has now began a fresh start after the event of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, with Phil Coulson now the new director of S.H.I.E.L.D and staying in the shadows with new recruits, it's up to him and his team to stop HYDRA from taking scientific weapons to create terrorist attacks.
- After the events of Avengers one, the Stratiegic Homeland Intervention Enforcement: Logistics Division (S.H.I.E.L.D.) needs a team of agents to find out and fix alien events. This team includes May, Daisy, Simmons, Fitz, and the man who lives, Agent Phil Coulson. This show follows the events of this team of many different skill and has many tie ins to the MCU movies.
- In light of the fun and fame of The Avengers the show about The Agents of SHIELD looks pretty lame and average strictly aimed at kids.

It could improve but I doubt it will. And some things have better to be hidden and stay behind closed doors.

With so many shows and even better alternatives out where I don't give The Agents many chances to become a series I will follow for very long. I am sorry, would have loved a little action fun in front of the TV. But now I just wonder and almost don't give a dame.

Not marvelous or memorable in any way.

With great powers comes little or no results.
- Pilot Spoiler!

' Just finished watching the pilot and i have to say it really was a disappointment. Casting is terrible, not one of the new characters is believable. terrible acting and the writing plain sucks. Seems like dialog from Bones or House, very, very unbearable, it only focuses on making witty comments on the entire episode. Not one good conversation on the pilot.

The first hero scene was extremely cheesy, that included the take before the explosion, the awful music and the rescue itself. The girl taping the event is not believable at all, she looks like she came from icarly or some Disney teen show.

The new agent, is supposed to be the best since Romanov and the fight scene on the beginning is shameful and very poor. Compare it to the Jason Bourne fight in an apartment for example. The new guy who doesn't want to be on the special team because he wants to work solo. That formula has been way too used.

Shield is supposed to be this super top secret agency and they go around with more logos than coca-cola, besides they all behave like retards in a bad sitcom. I wouldn't want to be protected by that agency.

Cobie Smulders was a refreshing eye candy for sure, but if you watch it again, look at the way she moves In the avengers movie, she moved very uptight, very accordingly. Here she was moving like a hippie just walking/dancing around. Reminded me more of Robin Sherfdjsghsfdlski than Maria Hill. Watch it closely and no one moves like a trained agent, they need a better movement coach if there is such a thing.

I couldn't stand the interrogation scene. I had to skip it.

Colsen character is great. he did his job. Aside from him. Terrible casting. Not expecting to see any of the main superheroes except a cameo for the season finale perhaps (if it gets there).

I didn't expect that much to be honest. No attachment to storyline or comic books. It just plain sucks.
- The Ghosts, the Watchdogs (Led by Senator Ellen Nadeer and Anton Ivanov), Eli Morrow, Holden Radcliffe, and the LMDs and Framework Hydra (Led by AIDA/Madame Hydra/Ophelia) Skye was just an alias she used as a hacktivist under the banner of Rising Tide. She found out who she was when she met her father, Calvin, who called her by her real name. In season 3, she chose to be called Daisy since it was her birth name and it rubbed off on her. In "The Avengers," agent Phil Coulson is shown being killed by Loki. In the series premiere for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., it is explained that Coulson was actually only "dead" for a few seconds and was quickly revived. However, S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury, well known for his secretive and manipulative nature, told the Avengers that Coulson was dead in order to help rally them to fight Loki.

However, it quickly becomes clear that there is more to the story than this and the big overarching plotline of the first season involves Coulson's attempts to discover what really happened to him. We eventually learn that Coulson was actually dead for an extended period of time after being killed by Loki. Fury ordered him brought back to life via an experimental process which S.H.I.E.L.D. had been developing in case one of the Avengers was killed. This process was extremely traumatic and involved infusions of a serum synthesized from an alien being. To keep Coulson from remembering this, S.H.I.E.L.D. created a cover story and implanted him with false memories of having recuperated in Tahiti. a5c7b9f00b
