Any previous punishments on Faithful?: I've only been banned for x-ray and that was a LONG time ago now and I deeply am sorry for what I did that day.

Any past experiences in being a staff member: I started playing Minecraft around 2012 up until now and love it since, I have always dreamed about being a decent staff member so here is my past experiences!

PlexHQ (Mod+): This was of my first staff experiences I had, and it was great. I had a lot of time put into the server so I thought I would apply to see if I would get staff and turns out my odds were in my favour. I started off with trial-mod and learnt my way up from the guidelines as the days went on. On SOTW this server gained around 100-200 players which was incredible for me, I successfully learnt how to screenshare a player, manage teamspeak support rooms, mass move etc. I got promoted several times due to my acts and activeness and dedication that I put into the server, however Plex was shut down and re-created by a different Owner and I lost my position sadly.

Moncraft (Mod): This was a chill regular factions server, where you would just moderate chat and follow up cheaters that have been reported. This was all in all a good experience because I learnt my commands from this such as Litebans etc the simple commands you need to know if you're going to be a big time staff member. If I was ever bored and just wanted to relax this is a place where i'd go. I soon resigned and heres why.

Moncraft [Why I resigned]: I resigned from the Moncraft Network because I felt the server was slowly dieing from players, it werent because the server did anything wrong and because it was bad it was generally because the Owner didnt advertise as much as he could. I wanted to move my experience to a higher level then what it already is.

CarbonMC (JrAdmin): This server was my most dedicated server I ever used to play, I was extremely known on this server as I had the top rank and top kills etc. I played this for atleast 2 years straight from when it was opened. I was good friends with all the staff members and everyone that really played, however I did have people on my bad side but I NEVER took them seperately for granted, I would never choose sides whether I hated them or not. After around 2 months before 2.0 Reset I gave it ago and applied for Helper and got the position. This server was kind of like KoonCraft where it was half HCF half regular factions. This server allowed screensharing and parts from HCF to make it an awesome community in total. On this server I managed to find A LOT of ghost clients and regular hacked clients due to at the time I had the money to spend on Process Hacker strings etc, I ended up being their top screensharer and if they needed anything they would ask me, however only a few knew how to find vape at the time. CarbonMC was later shut down and was announced to the community because it wasn't gaining the money it needed.

Why do you want to become staff?: I want to become a staff member for many reasons; I see throughout the map is contiunous cheaters, and people that /helpop and /report and nothing being done about it, I dont want to start any arguments with staff but there is never staff online when i'm online or anyone else, I always see in chat "STAFF OMG TP HACKER" and they spam it and nothing is done, so i'd LOVE to change that, I want to change the community so they know that they're safe on this HCF server, I want them to think that they can go End and not be bothered by cheaters and think they wont get caught? If I were to be accepted, FaithfulMC Network would be a different server in my opinion, there would be less cheaters, less toxicity within the community, support rooms clean, so we [FaithfulMC] get the best REP out there. The thing is I believe it's quality over quantity with these applications and myself personally am not a good writer, I like to show my actions in-game. If I were to be given a chance I can truely show you what i'm capable of and what my experience can bring to FaithfulMC; What inspired me to become a staff member is Paradox [GarryGaint] Staff Series, he's been my main man since and i've watched all his staff series i've enjoyed it deeply. I think to myself what if that was me, how could you show the community what you can really do and thats why I am applying, I believe I have the experience and maturity to become a decent staff member for FaithfulMC. What i'm trying to achieve in this paragraph is that I want people to have the best experience they can have on Faithful.

Kindness and Respect: This is a big thing for being a staff member, if you are immature or losing respect for other people it can effect your time being staff. You always need to be mature and have absolute respect for everyone you meet, even if their toxic. I am very friendly and kind to everyone I meet, I try to mature as possible to someone who is big headed or toxic, respect is the biggest key.

Dedication: My dedication towards FaithfulMC is actually insane, i've been playing since the 3.0 and loving it since, every update and tweak faithful has made it's gone my way. However, my dedication is growing towards being a Staff Member hence why i'm applying. I would love to wake up thinking I NEED to check up on Faithful and take it as a real job, however just wake up to yeah i'll play abit of faithful today and go trap etc. I want to have a different experience instead of just waking up to the same thing every day. I spend a lot of time on the server doing really nothing. PVPING is getting very boring now and I want to step it up abit.

Screensharing: Since I was staff on a few servers that include this, I am VERY experienced in this. At the end I will provide custom scenarios on what will happen in a Screenshare etc, but for this section i'm going to explain my experiences. I know how to find Paid Vape which is a very big deal within the HCF Communtity, alot of people use this now a days instead of a normal Hacked Client and it gets VERY agrovating knowing you're fighting a Closet Cheater. If I were to be accepted this would all be changed as Vapers would be gone. 20% would most likely be out of the playerbase but then would grow again as people would join knowing cheaters are no longer a thing. Teamspeak [Management]: My past experiences helped me with this A LOT

Why should we accept you as staff?: There is many reasons of why you should accept myself as Helper is because I have the full potential of being a Staff Member, I would listen to the complete rules of what i'm told, whether it would be guidelines or the 3 strike rule. As a player of the faithfulmc network I will always be loyal whether I would get demoted or not, I have full trust in everyone and they should have it in me too. I have a extremely good positive attitude towards anyone, even if they're toxic to me. I will always try to have the best attitude towards anyone so it shows i'm a good role model.

Secondly is that I can find a lot of clients such as Paid Vape, Drek, Vea you name it and I can most likely find it! Now I know thats very rare on the FaithfulMC Staff Team which is sad but true. I can help the staff team out when someone needs to find a certain client etc or needs a hand on how to ss in general, I am very mature like that so that will help out tremendously when it comes to screensharing someone. Now a days HCF is revolved around Cheaters, so having a decent screensharer on your staff team is very handy as it decreases your cheaters and increases your playerbase as people know cheaters are being cleaned out.

Thirdly I believe that since I play a lot of sports, teamwork is a big key, same with staffing. If you use teamwork and communication as Staff you will get far, same as in life. I have big teamwork and listening skills which is a big when it comes to Staff Meetings, events and Interviews. With my communication skills that will help me personally as I can help out players in teamspeak as much as I can, whether they're a non-rank or rank. I do not descriminate between people that pay, however people that pay have bigger priority and thats normally the rules. However I will not put a rank over a non rank or a friend over a non friend over a situation, as thats abuse. I will treat everyone fairly.
