- Playstyle: A complex spellcaster focused on damage over time, who uses combos of her spells to cause elemental bursts that can heal allies, stun enemies or damage enemies, and gains a unique buff to her next spell based on the previous spell cast.
- Lore: The grown daughter of Invoker & Selemene from an alternate timeline where she recovers from her illness but must flee from Selemene's persecution of Mene's followers. After finally reaching sanctuary in the Elven lands, Filomena dedicates herself to learning to channel her magic so that she can be strong enough to protect those who remain. Isolated from both of her parents, Filomena's deep connection with the elements takes the form of three Resonances — Tide, Earth and Moon — much like her father and yet distinct in her love for all of Mene's children, rather than just the chosen few.
- Appearance: A young female half-elf magus whose lack of formal training is evident in her rag-tag robes but whose deep, intuitive connection to magic shines brighter than even Invoker's. After casting each of her basic abilities, an Invoker-orb-like glowing transparent sphere orbits around her at shoulder-level to show which Resonance she currently has.

- Q: Flow
- Reduces a target enemy's spell damage and saps their mana over time, dealing damage equal to the mana burned.
- W: Tremor
- Causes the ground to become unstable, slowing enemy movement speed and dealing damage over time to enemies and enemy structures in the target area.
- E: Glare
- Calls down a searing moonbeam at the target point, silencing and dealing damage over time to enemies in the moonbeam's radius.
- R: Resonance
- After casting a basic ability, gain a unique buff that empowers the next spell: Flow gives Tide Resonance and increases manacost reduction, Tremor gives Earth Resonance and increases effect duration, and Glare gives Moon Resonance and increases cast range. Every third resonance buff consumed produces an Elemental Burst with an effect that varies based on the last three Resonance types consumed: Tide heals allies, Earth stuns enemies, and Moon damages enemies.

When activated, Filomena enters a trance that allows her to invoke elemental resonances without casting the matching spell, producing the Elemental Burst that corresponds with the first three inputs (Q-Tide, W-Earth, E-Moon) and then exiting this special input mode.

- * In addition to the Invoker-orb-like visual effect of the Resonances, Filomena can also see up to the last 2 Resonances consumed as buffs, to keep track of which Elemental Burst will be triggered. Also shows a UI panel like Invoker next to Resonance on the skill bar, with a cheat sheet that shows the different Elemental Burst combinations.
- * With Aghanim's Scepter, your Q/W/E inputs while entranced do not cast the associated spells, and do not give Resonance or alter your resonances consumed counter (basically pauses your Resonance buffs and restores them to the same state when you leave the trance). The trance can also be ended early by pressing R again.
- * With Aghanim's Shard, two resonances of the same kind can stack.
- * With the level 25 Mini Burst When Consuming Resonance talent, each time a resonance is consumed (after empowering 1 spell by default or 2 with shard), creates a 300 radius mini-Elemental Burst that either Heals allies 100/150/200, Stuns enemies 1/1.5/2s, or Damages enemies 100/150/200 depending on the resonance consumed. These mini bursts are effected by the level 25 Elemental Burst Pierces Immunity talent as well.
- * Elemental Bursts are centered on the target of the spell, while mini Elemental Bursts from the level 25 talent are centered on Filomena herself.
- * The Resonance orbs and the Elemental Bursts each have a matching color which corresponds to the effects and icon of the spell that triggers them: Tide-Flow is teal, Earth-Tremor is tan, and Moon-Glare is purple-grey.
