Background:
She was walking home when some drunk man had tried to harass her but she forced her hands at him and a strong gust of wind came out of her hands. She didn't know what to do so she ran but she felt herself get lighter and run faster. Once she got to a big field with no one around. She played around with her powers and was able to get to a point where she could completely control it.
Everyday after school she would run as fast as she would go to that big field and practice her powers. Eventually a scout for the Farina's Institute saw her practicing her powers and drafted(?) her.
