  1. RFID (Radio Frequency ID) tags range from many different sizes and can be placed in or on anything that you could think of. RFID tags provide a data exchange between two objects for an example a person or even an object like a car. These RFID tags can contain multiple information about the user or even the location of the said object. These objects could contain a lot of our personal information about where we are, what we buy, what we do, and really anything about us and could cause a massive invasion of our privacy.

  3. As a consumer we should be worried about our privacy. Obviously most company’s keep track of what leaves their store and at the rate it leaves at but with RFID tags a company would be able to know as soon as you walk in the door what you will possibly buy, what your coming for, and all personal information about you. This information would be accessible by others as well. It's almost as if the company knows you as your best friend would know you.

  5. This is a massive invasion of personal privacy. The information that is kept on this tag could vary, and also the possibility of tracking you down and knowing where your at. They would be able to track your every move, every purchase, every time you put gas in your car to how many times you brushed your teeth. A lot of this information is very personal and could possibly get into the wrong hands. We as a consumer should feel that this is wrong. The owner of an item wouldn't even be aware of the RFID tag is installed in the said object and is able to be read at a distance. With this anyone could be tagged with a RFID at any time and start being tracked where ever they go and start to gather information of the said individual.

  7. The possibilities of the RFID tags are unbelievably high this concerns me and others around the globe today. With anyone being able to put a RFID tag on anything without the user or consumer knowing is pretty scary. This could cause some problems with international security and even local security. For all you know you could have a RFID tag attached to something you own right this very instant.
