I don't know what you think about what's wrong, but some people think of it as they're weak or they're overracting, but that's not the case. If you broke a bone, you'd go see a doctor (I hope >_>) and you'd do what needs to be done to let it fix, even if you're not directly doing the fixing (you don't force the bone to heal) you help it along (look after it, keep it in a cast, be aware of it, etc). This is similar, you're suffering but you shouldn't have to. And you shouldn't blame yourself for it. You need to look after yourself as if you're unwell, and help yourself get better. Seek help from a doctor, protect yourself from things that are too risky, keep an eye on your mood and your feelings, and most of all not be hard on yourself about it.
