No.  Don't even start.

One of the best things that he has ever eaten is a boneless, skinless chicken breast, unseared, coated with what is presumably frank's red hot sauce and butter, and then baked in an oven.

If he had even said that he loves fried chicken in hot sauce, that would have been better.  Still weird as being the "one of the best things" that a chef in a high end restaurant would have ever eaten, but well-made fried chicken is awesome so whatever.

Instead, he took the least flavourful part of a chicken and cooked it one of the most boring ways possible.  If this thread was "hello I am a normal person ask me things", that would be a fine answer, but he is a "white tablecloth chef".
