1. Download OS, in this case CentOS 7
2. Upload ISO
	-Select Host
	-Select Configuration
	-Select Storage
	-Right click on datastore1 and Browse Datastore
	-Right click on New Folder and create a Folder called ISOS
	-Find the ISO on the computer and upload
3. Create the Virtual Machine
	-Edit virtual machine settings
	-Select Hardware Tab
	-Select CD/DVD drive 1
	-Select Datastore ISO File
	-Double click datastore1
	-Find the ISO (In this case its in the ISOS Folder)
	-Double click the ISO
	-Make sure Connect at power on is Enabled

4. Install OS
	-Power on the machine
	-Right click on the machine and Open Console
	-Proceed with the install inside the Console with the OS
How to change Language VMSphere Client
	-Find it Windows Bar
	-Open File Location
	-Rightclick on VMWare sPhere Client icon
	-Properties go to the end of the line and add -locale en_US
