StygianRook's Full Commission Terms, Conditions, and Guidelines

I, StygianRook, reserve the right to:
-Accept or turn down any commission requests at my own discretion. No slot reservations as I'll only work on commissions I'm sure I have the time to deliver them reliably.
-Reject all private commission requests. If you wish to remain anonymous, please let me know beforehand.
-Turn down negotiations that don't go anywhere. I have to do commissions as professionally as I can.
-Not reply to every single commission request I haven't accepted or turned down yet. There's too many forms and requests to respond to, so I'll only be able to respond to ones I plan to accept or am currently working with. Feel free to ask me any questions, still.
-Allow corrections up to a week after completion/delivery. I may limit the number of corrections at any point in time in case I feel like I can't accommodate them all.
-Refuse any corrections that go beyond the scope of the commission or are infeasible with my current abilities. No significant redraws unless it's for alts.
-Not accept full refunds unless in the rare event that I'm physically unable to complete the commission (whether due to hardware malfunction, health issues, scheduling problems, etc.) No refunds for delays that don't affect the completion of the commission.
-Issue partial refunds if I calculated the price wrong (the difference is refunded.)
-Use any of my commission/project files however I see fit for my own purposes such as archiving, portfolio, self-promotion, distribution, and further profit. This includes using them for patron/supporter-exclusive rewards.
-Retain full copyright to anything I make as anything I produce independently is part of my intellectual property; I may simply extend parts of its usage to you under agreed upon terms/conditions if you're the client who commissioned the respective artwork, but I will never forfeit any of what I own.
-(In the event I notice any serious misuse and/or infringement upon any of my terms, conditions, and guidelines on your part anywhere) revoke any rights you have over the commissioned piece and any of its accompanying benefits plus blacklist you from any further interaction with me.

Usage guidelines (extends to ALL my works thus far):
-Commercial use only allowed IF the specified purpose is clearly notified in advance with no ambiguity AND if I personally agree to it in a written agreement. The extent of the commercial license entails what was agreed with in the end.
-Unless given my personal written permission, you may not copy, trace, modify, or distribute any of my works.
-Do NOT use my works on anything related to generative AI, period. Not respecting this will get you placed on my blacklist.
-WIPs and anything I send to you over the course of the commission process are for your eyes only and must be kept between us unless I give you permission to share them. Leaks will be considered serious infringement upon my terms.
-Files of any of my artworks may only be posted publicly if I give you permission to do so while mentioning/crediting/pinging me, usually about a week or two after completion if you're the one who commissioned the artwork in question. You may not repost or repost any of my works that you haven't personally commissioned/requested.
-Project files of my artworks are available upon request only if you have personally commissioned the artwork in question.
-As the one commissioning me, you have right to use the commissioned artwork for what's agreed with above. You may use it for personal enjoyment as long as you do not claim it as your own.


If I accept your commission request:
-I'll reach out to you on your preferred messaging platform if I decide to pick up your commission request. I'll also be sending you the final price of your commission. Be sure you agree with the price and that you have the amount needed to complete the payment. Payments are done on my Ko-fi page.
-I will be handling the entire commission process on Discord by default and will walk you through it as needed, but let me know in advance if you prefer messaging on another platform.
-Communication is key to a smooth commission process so expect to interact with me on time regularly over the course of the commission process. Likewise, I'll be sure to keep you up to date and be as transparent as I can.
-I'll start working on your commission shortly after I confirm the payment has gone through. It might take several days to process the payment.
-Note that the more progress I put on the commission the harder it will be to make significant changes or corrections, so the earlier you need something changed the more likely I'll be able to do it seamlessly.
-While all of my commissions will be eventually posted on my galleries, please check with me first before sharing the finished product, including any alts you've commissioned from me.
-Patrons from my Patreon/Fanbox/DeviantArt get a discount equal to their monthly pledge or plan (e.g. $10 tiers get a $10 discount on their next commission). Stay tuned for special codes for any other discounts.
-The final price for your commission will be locked the moment you submit it, so the total cost of your commission will be calculated based on the form you've submitted, even if I change my prices in the future.

Extra benefits for commissioning me:
-Any extra alts or bonuses I decide to do on my own outside what was specified in the commission request form are free of charge.
-As a bonus for commissioning me, you'll be given permanent lifetime unlimited access to all channels on my members-only Discord server, including all exclusive channels. Benefit applies when I accept your commission and have successfully received the payment. Benefit may be revoked if any server rules are broken.


Please read the following if you still have any further questions:
-It's always possible to upgrade between tiers as long as the workflows/styles aren't too far apart.
-If requesting extras parts or sequences, you may choose to pay each part separately. I'll take the payment upfront before getting started with each part.
-Payments in multiple installments for other cases and alternative payment methods might be negotiable depending on how much I can trust you.
-Post-vore pricing uses either the extra character/part or alt pricing depending on how you want it depicted.
-The extra character fee still applies for internals/x-ray views.
-You may submit multiple forms, but only if you're fine with me only picking any of them or if you believe you made a mistake in your previous submission(s).
-I will almost exclusively take fanart commissions. Any series will do as long as the scenario sounds good.
-More specifically, I mean drawings of established/official characters from video games, manga, anime, visual novels, etc. Western series are also fine.
-Don't count on me to accept commissions of OCs that are not mine. There might be exceptions, but rare ones.
-If your idea gets turned down, feel free to try again with a different character and/or scenario.
-I don't really intend to hard wall anything outside Won't Dos. Anything is negotiable if you explain well enough.
-If I take a long time to respond to your commission request then chances are I'm very busy and likely won't be able to pick it up.
-If you're interested in doing an art trade with me, simply reach out to me anywhere and send me some examples of your works and what you're interested in or good at. I'll see what I can do. Keep in mind that I set no deadlines for art trades and do them at my own pace. I'll do my best to match your progress as we go, though also keep in mind I prefer drawing in long sessions rather than multiple short ones.
