念頭特効 [Nentō Tokkō | The Mind Slayer] is currently a small child, barely 3 feet tall, with black/blue hair,  purple Tareme Eyes, and a face that more or less is defined by the term "Moe"
She is wearing a collar of carved bone, a black ribbon in her hair, a frilly black dress, white stockings and black mary jane shoes.
A chain made of finely carved yellowed ivory is connected to the collar, the loose end trails after her into the distance, though your eye can never quite tell where precisely that distance /is/
