History:
Keiko was born to the Inuzuka clan in the Land of Fire; more accurately, The Hidden Leaf. While she was growing up, the headstrong Inuzuka went against her parent's warning and ventured out in the woods at all times of the day, sometimes taking a few days to return. Keiko always dreamed of being something more than just your plain old Shinobi. She wanted to lead, show people a new way of living. Keiko studied the history of many villages when she stumbled upon an almost forgotten village called the Hidden Wolf Village. She read about the bountiful resources the land had, knowing it would be a waste if this land lay dormant. When Keiko grew up, she packed her belongings, heading out to find the land that she would claim as her own. With her, she brought her brother Isurah and a few others from her clan and village. This is where Okamigakure was born. A land where misfits and villagers of all clans, descents, pasts and anything else could come and not be judged. She saw them all as her children, her family. Here, she grew medicinal plants that already grew wild in this land along with taming and breeding the native wolves, training them to become honorable ninja wolves.
