my name is bitwayiki Elias and i moved to ottawa in october seeking documentation i have not received any follow up since being here. My grandfathers  epimaque ruhashya memorial was in ottawa so im confused as to why i have not been able to receive any email follow up or call backs. I will continue to have social workers from hospitals and other public services to communicate due to past difficulties. ive had in the past trying to obtain my documentation 10 years ago. Thank you for being patient with me as i continue to maneuver this difficult confusing complicated situation.
