  1. sitting at your desk Sit upright and do not slouch, rest your back firmly against the back of the chair, keep your shoulders relaxed, and position the height of your chair so your hips and knees align properly.

  3. Open the door and swing your legs out of the car, moving your entire body as one unit without twisting your lower back. Place one hand on the seat and one on the car frame, move to the edge of your seat and lean forward, pushing with one hand while pulling with the other, and use your legs to stand and get out of the car.
  4. doing the dishes
  5. Stand at the sink with one foot slightly ahead of the other, keep your back straight, and avoid bending at the waist. Place the dishes at a height that is comfortable for you.
