  23. Question: Most people from the current population are never hesitant to bear expenses more than they earn due to the high risk taking appetite and sense of power. As a consequence of this, they try to achieve this through applying a loan from bank or financial companies. At a glance it may seem profitable to banks/finance institutes since loan demand is increasing. But they have to consider this thoroughly most may not have a reliable portfolio even though there is abundance in skills. The financial institutes need to identify the customers with who actually have ample capacity and skills for growth even though they have low/high financial portfolio generation. These valuable customers should be retained and targeted to maintain a long term relationship. However, it is a complicated process to identify these healthy customers who are profitable for a financial institute.
  24. Suggest us a model specifying parameters to identify these valuable customers.
