As for just this server we have some item slightly different from other server and here below i will highlight them.
1)GRANITE WANDS
 Used above ground: To Lower the north-west Corner Tile.
Right click the wand and select use will change the wand from lowering the NW tile by 1/3/5.(up to a max of 60 slope) Use below ground: On Ore to remove walls faster. It will leave piles of Ore.
2)ROD OF TRANSMUTATION
Bought from trader: Turns a normal cave rock tile into the vein of your choice. Providing a 99 QL
3)PORTABLE ALTAR
This altar can be player made with a minimum skill of level 90s in metallurgy and jewel smiting or found in a treasure hunt.
Is a mini altar weight 5kg which you can carry around in your inventory.
4)RELIGIOUS FRAGMENT
 Used to Sacrifice to gain back favor. The higher the Quality of the fragment the higher the favor gain.
(use higher quality rock shards with a Stone Chisel The higher the favor it give)
5)WAND OF TELEPORTATION
 Bought from trader.
Can be used to teleport to other deeds that have allowed it or to your friend if they active it to allow you to port to them (wand must be charged using spells recharge.)
6)ADAMANTIUM INFUSER
This is a very rare item which you can make at the cost about 200 gold or do a quest for it. This item when use will make any item i.e. your weapon, armor or tools 100% damage proof. (use with care as once apply on your item you cannot cast spell or improve your item anymore)
7) MIGHTY MATTOCK
  This special pickaxe can do various terraforming tasks. It uses a custom tool, the pick mattock. And with this tool, you can: chop  down trees, collect resources like clay, dig, mine down surface rock or a cave floor, pack, raise up dirt, and raise up a surface rock tile or a cave floor tile
This is made by Crafting a Pick-Mattock Head and a Shaft
To Use: ACTIVATE THE MATTOK PICK CLICK ON THE BOARDER.(NOT THE TILES)
From there you can raise and lower the tile
To raise you must have either dirt or cement in your Inventory or around you

QUESTION ON PRIEST:
Pray After your faith is 30 right click on the white light and get 100 favor.
for favor we use religious fragment or short name RF ,you take a high ql rock shards+stone chisel then open your crafting menu scroll down to the bottom and you can see Unknown religious Fragment make that to sac for favor.
all priest have the same spell and no restriction plus you can summon construction item like bricks, clay ,log etc.
you can summon water source by making a well or fountain at anywhere and cast gift of water.
we have an mini altar call pocket preach which you can carry around. You can either buy them or make them yourself.
as for channeling make a lot of Religious fragment(it also help with your masonry skill) then make a hotkey to caste bless on yourself.
