The Missing Chao - Chapter 4

Floee opened an atlas and placed it onto the floor.

"Mobius sure looks big!" Blaze gasped. "I wonder if we're gonna cover every inch of it."

The fox smiled, "Mobius will reveal every wonder."

"Close up the book," Shadow immediately ordered. "We gotta plan our supplies."

"Alright," Floee followed the command, "do we need the tent?"

"Of course," Silver threw in a giant bag, containing the rolled-up tent, with his telekinesis.

"Ummmmm........" Shadow covered hall of his eyes. "I said we should PLAN, not get out. But keep the tent."

"Food and water is very vital," Floee reminded her team,

Blaze got out some paper and started writing down all supplies with a pen.

"And we obviously do not need matches since Blaze can manipulate fire," Floee remarked.

"Right."

"Well, what if we run out of food and water in the woods?" Silver was partially concerned.

"We could capture animals using traps," Floee suggested.

"No need for old school traps!" Shadow proudly protested. "I could just use my gun!"

"Although I'm not acceptable of my boyfriend using firearms," Blaze responded, "I'll allow him to bring that. However, we don't always need flesh. We could pick berries and edible plants. Did you know dandelions are edible?"

"For the water," Rouge smiled, "we could boil the river water."

"But what if the only water near us are saltwater?" Floee panicked. "Only 3% of Mobius' water is freshwater."

Silver quickly looked up on his phone and then answered, "Well, just distill the water. Take a bowl and a small glass. Fill the bowl with saltwater and then cover the bowl with a plastic wrap. Then add a small pebble above the glass water and wait."

"Okay..." Blaze jotted down.

After an hour of discussion, the lavender cat pulled up the long list, "Wow, we have really thought much."

Shadow boasted, "I bet we're gonna be more successful than the other team. We must check them out."

Floee kissed Silver on the cheek and laughed, "We're like a whole family!" Shadow and Blaze are the parents, I'm the daughter, Silver's my husband, and Rouge's my sis-"

"Hey! You're disturbing me!" Rouge barked.

"Sorry, I just feel too happy!"

Team Emerald, later wandered outside of Shadow's house and marched towards Sonic's house as if they were ducks. Once they stopped onto the platform before the front door, Shadow knocked on the wood harshly.

After 2 seconds, Sonic opened the door and responded, "Come in."

The team glided right in and before their eyes, AMY WAS GRASPING A VERY LONG LIST SO LONG THAT IT COULD CIRCLE AROUND THE EARTH.

I thought we were the best, Shadow angrily thought.

"I.... feel guilty right now," Silver uttered.

Shadow snarled right in front on Sonic, "HOW DARE YOU SURPASS US!!!"

Blaze ran up to her love and immediately tried to calmed him down, "This isn't a competition, this is just to find the Chao."

"Oh right. Don't worry, my girl, I got this under big control. I'll promise to marry you when you're old enough to."

"C'mon, let's start packin'!" Rouge was impatient.
