  1. #1: <Fake Priest> The Overseer from the Church is not neutral. They have their own goals and are not to be trusted. The sanctuary they offer is not safe. [Exists in 2 & 3 by default.]
  2.
  3. #2 <Founding Families> The Grail was a collective effort by three great magi families who will bend the rules, and will team up if an outsider comes close to winning. [Exists in 2 & 3 by default. Unlocks options. 3 Masters must be from the Founding Families]
  4.
  5. #3 <Stray Servant> A Servant from the previous War has survived all this time, waiting for another turn - like Gilgamesh from Zero. [Exists in 2 by default. An 8th Servant will participate in the War]
  6.
  7. #4 <Apocrypha> Seven Masters summoned their Servants and refused to fight. Contingencies are activated; and now a SECOND group of Masters and Servants are present to force a fight. It's 7 on 7 with a neutral arbitrator, but there's still only supposed to be one winner... [There are fourteen Master/Pair Servants by default. A neutral Ruler-Class Servant is present. This option involves teams, though they may break at some point.]
  8.
  9. #5 <Broken Ritual> It's normal to exploit a loophole, but someone's outright drove a truck through the rules. Options thought impossible are viable. Expect a volatile war with Servants breaking their limits sooner than expected. [Exists in 2 & 3 by default. Unlocks options.]
  10.
  11. #6 <Strange Overlap> How in the fuck are TWO Wars happening in the same place at the same time? [There are fourteen Master/Pair Servants by default. Two Grail Wars with different settings now exist, and can have repeating additions save for this. While Masters may not particularly *care* who's in what war, it leaves the possibility of multiple winners. Maybe.]
  12.
  13. #7 <Creeping Night> Neutral hostiles prowl the night, and no one is safe. While they are not a threat to Servants, they threaten to expose the War to the public.
  14.
  15. #8 <Profane Intervention> Mundane authorities know what you're doing and they don't like it. Daytime is no longer safe, as the likes of Nazis, the IJA, American alphabet agencies, etc, get involved.
  16.
  17. #9 <Hollow Loop> It's a Hollow Ataraxia situation.
  18.
  19. #10 <Gibbous Moon> The world should not be able to support the existence of a human order summoning Servants and an order of vampires, and yet it does. You live in a universe where Servants and Dead Apostle Ancestors exist simultaneously.
  20.
  21. #11 <All The World's Evil> The Grail's wish is poisoned and corrupt. [Exists in 2 & 3 by default. Can be forced into play rarely.]
  22.
  23. #12 <Advent Beast> The War has caught the eye of some nefarious force that may require the War itself to be abandoned. [Exists in 2 & 3 by default.]
