Untill you have passed a little while of not using mark abilities before passing itself onto your target

Your passive generally takes like 1 second to automatically apply
But in that meantime
Any other mark you apply, refreshes that 1 second timer

[21:53] Sinase: If you Apply, Q mark and hit the mark
It'll take 1 second, for your passive to register no mark on your target, and it applies another one directly after you autoed

You use your E
To get a mark
And auto again
Then the 1 second timer is refreshed and it waits
You can basically get 3 empowered Autos off if you do it right

As 70% crit is more than enough and you don't -really- need the AS
But the movement speed does come in handy
