  1. Fixing Blender to Unity:
  2. 1. Rotate -X 90
  3. 2. Apply rotation
  4. 3. Rotate +X 90.
  5.  
  6. Export settings:
  7. forward: +z forward
  8. up: +y up
  9. Turn off the small button next to scale panel.
  10. Apply scalings: FBX all.
  11. Armature: only deform bones, turn off add leaf bones
  12.  
  13. Use file scale in Unity.
