By installing this software, you accept the terms and conditions of this license agreement and our Privacy Policy.

  8. End User License Agreement

  10. GRANT OF LICENSE
  11. AVer, as licensor, grants to you, the licensee, a non-exclusive right to install and use the software in accordance with the terms contained in this license.

  13. OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE
  14. AVer retains the copyright, title and ownership of the software.

  16. TERM
  17. This license shall continue for as long as you use the Software, except that it will terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.

  19. USE RESTRICTIONS
  20. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, modify, alter, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create any derivative work of the software, or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in the software. You may also not reproduce the software unless for backup purpose.

  22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  23. In no event will AVer be liable for any damages, including any loss of profits, or other incidental or consequential damages, arising out of your use or inability to use the software or written material, even if AVer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  62. We guarantee such information will not contain personal name, email address, or any information that allows to identify an individual, also not contain the serial number, machine codes information that can identify a single device.

  75. Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services, websites and products offered by us, but excludes services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
