- Hey guys, how’s it goin?
- Falsebound Kingdom Yugi story was improved once again. Only two minutes to my immediate goal! Watch the new run here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5k_44qBHKB0. I have to start putting standards on the early game because I was not mentally right for most of this run due to some unfortunate luck leading to early time loss. I expect to not finish as many runs from now on... and not primarily because Obelisk decides the run.
- Pokemon Puzzle League's Marathon mode is going to kill a significant part of me. It has nothing to do with Easy or Normal level, though. I managed to post really good times of the 50,000 point objective for both 2D and 3D in both Easy and Normal mode. Those levels eventually devolved into the same tired old strategies that did not quite scratch my itch of challenging me to move quickly in the right way.
- Hard mode, though. When you're not used to the speed, Hard mode kicks your ass and makes you feel insignificant. I may have grown up with Pokemon Puzzle League, but I did not grow up with the “game” that this mode is making me play. I played 1P Stadium almost exclusively. I am used to a much slower speed than Hard mode is forcing me to play. I am playing it to get used to the speed, however, because I want to be a better player. I expect it to take weeks for me to see any visible improvement. I just hope I don't grow to hate this game afterwards.
