REMOVING SR DECAY

Role Queue
 -Tank, DPS, Support
 -3 SR's, one for each role
 -5 placements per role
 -mmr reset (kind of)
  -previous "all role" mmr
  -blizz has been tracking role mmr's for months
  -they internally tested a hard reset, went VERY poorly
   -don't want to do it because it will fuck up lower tier gamers
 -multiple roles per queue
 -DPS = long queue
 -4 top 500 leader boards
  -one per queue and one extra for overall
 -not concerned about main/off roles
  -better to have two off tanks than none
  -fix small problems now, see what happens
 -coming to QP as well
 -QP Classic coming to Arcade
 -Not going to be a good experience
 -No role changes in Mystery Heros
  -Reset comps on round completion
  -Endorsements to more modes

-Placements
 -only need to place one role to get spray
 -CP Rank rewards per role
  -more actual CP if you place all three roles
 -Rewards for playing impacted roles
  -lower player count = reward of some kind (gold or CP)


 -Reduce ult rate across the board

-Brig changes
  -with two other supports, OP
  -with one other support, trashy
 -Inspire does more healing
 -AP has 3 charges on cooldown
  -slight reduction (?)
  -heal over time now
  -spam all of them on one teammate
 -shield nerf
  -was 500, now 200
 -stun time reduction (?)
 -flail adjustment
 -adjusted for 2-2-2

-Sombra changes
 -"not fun to play against"
 -hack change 6-5 second duration
 -EMP cast time increased for more counters
